Amazing Meatloaf mad

Amazing Meatloaf made in the Pressure Cooker. 1-16-17. This was amazing. Very good. Did not cook all the way through, though, and veggies were very mushy. In future, halve the meat recipe and decrease cooking time. Will make again.
